Episode Guide - LA 7

Title: LA 7 Episode 01 - Into the Unknown
Description: We start off the episode in a dream, where the S Club are being awarded Oscars. Soon, they wake up to remember they're taking a break from driving on their way to LA. They're in the desert, in the middle of nowhere. They continue their journey whilst passing through a small town they decide to take a trip into Miller's Woods, against advice of the local people, because Paul believes he has relatives living there. In the woods, they break down, and Rachel, Paul and Tina go to find help. It soon gets dark, and spooky noises are all around, so they sing to keep themselves company. Eventually they realise they had some more gas/petrol in the trunk of the car and carry on their journey.
Best Bits: Bradley hiding in the trunk, the spoof Oscar scene (Rachel: "I'd just like to thank Mr Spielberg for shooting the shower scenes in the best possible taste...")

Title: LA 7 Episode 02 - Clever Camp
Description: They're out of money (again) and after a bit of fibbing by Paul (Principal of Clever Camp: "We're so honoured to have seven of Prince William's closest friends staying with us,") manage to land jobs as counsellors at a nearby Summer Camp for brainy kids. However, it's a really strict place and the kids don't know how to have fun, so the S Club teach them, ending up in the swimming pool and throwing paint around. The principal gets mad, so the kids throw him in the pool.
Best Bits: Jo ducking Paul in the pond, Hannah and the fungus (don't ask)

Title: LA 7 Episode 03 - Hello Hollywood
Description: The S Club finally arrive in Hollywood, but they're totally broke after Hannah needs the bathroom, and they haggle with a guy who wants to charge a fortune for her to use it, and she steps into a luxury bathroom in the middle of the desert. In LA, they have no place to stay so they have to sell the '55 Chevy and trade it in for a much worse model. With no place to stay and very little money, Bradley, Jo and Paul are walking along the seafront when a woman on rollerblades runs into Bradley and knocks him down. Feeling sorry for the uninjured but milking it for all it's worth Bradley, Joni agrees to let the S Club stay in her spare apartment.
Best Bits: All four girls in bed together, and when Paul's asleep with his feet out of the car window and someone steals his socks "Oi! Come back with my socks you jughead!"

Title: LA 7 Episode 04 - Misguided
Description: Hannah gets a job on Hollywood tour buses, and while on a tour, she catches a thief red-handed stealing stuff from a mansion, owned by Tommy DeWitt, a hunky film star. To thank her, he takes her out to dinner, and they date for a while, making the the other girls really jealous, until Hannah decides that he loves himself too much. Meanwhile Paul gets dragged into being Joni's pretend toyboy for a night out with one of her old school friends, which doesn't turn out to be the best night of Paul's life...
Best Bits: None that I can remember...

Title: LA 7 Episode 05 - The News
Description: Paul starts dating a newsreader called Linda, who's very annoying and talks like she's on the News all the time. Hannah and Tina dress up as surfer chicks to try and impress some surfer guys they meet on the beach, and Jo has major trouble sleeping.
Best Bits: Again, none... I'll have to watch it again...

Title: LA 7 Episode 06 - Prom
Description: First bikini scene of the series... Rachel meets a nice guy she likes on the beach and he asks her to his High School Prom in a few days time. She accepts and is really looking forward to it. Also, the S Club decide their current manager is useless, and try to get a new one. However, to impress him, Rachel has to agree to be his son's date to the prom, which she's not too happy about. So instead, Hannah, Tina and Jo take the guy Rachel wanted to go to the prom with, to the prom. He gets torn apart by the three girls while Rach transforms their new managers son into the most desired guy at the Prom in a matter of hours. Also, throughout the episode, Jon is chasing a girl and finally kisses her at the prom.
Best Bits: Bikinis and flirting on the beach

Title: LA 7 Episode 07 - House-Sitting
Description: Rachel, Jo and Paul get a job house-sitting a massive mansion while the owner's on holiday. It's really boring so soon they invite the rest of the S Club over for a party, who bring loads of other people with them, including a massive bunch of bikers and loads of other people no-one knows. The house gets totally wrecked and they wake up the next morning just as the owner gets home...
Best Bits: Not many... Rachel bouncing on the bed...

Title: LA 7 Episode 08 - Mr Muscle
Description: While teaching a fitness class, Tina falls for one of her students. Later on, while tanning on the beach, Rachel and Jon run into the same guy and pick an argument about who was there first. Rachel manages to get Jon into an arm wrestling contest with the guy, who's a 6 times arm-wrestling champion. Jon manages to win, and they all celebrate. Tina gets back with her crush at the end.
Best Bits: Jon training, Rachel (bikini) and Jon arguing with the guy.

Title: LA 7 Episode 09 - Fall Out
Description:

In this episode all of the S Club fall out with each other, starting with Jo and Bradley who both go for the same job at a burger bar. They both get jobs but before long they're ready to kill each other, and get fired. Then Tina sides with Jo because Bradley hit a girl, and the guys side with Bradley because Jo beat him up (and won) and Hannah and Paul fall out over a chess game they played to decide who does the dirty dishes. In the end, their manager talks sense into them and they all get together for a great performance.
Best Bits: Bradley and Jo dressed up as a hot dog and a burger.

Title: LA 7 Episode 10 - Game Boy
Description: The episode starts off with Rachel, Hannah and Jo all going to audition for a role as Zelda warrior princess (kind of like Xena) in a video game promotion. Rachel and Jo get through to the next audition, but need an extra skill, so Rachel takes up unicycling and Jo stand up comedy. In the end they miss the audition and get parts in a toothpaste commercial. Meanwhile, Bradley gets hooked on a computer game that he just can't beat, so they rest of the S Club find the game's designer, a nasty smart-ass kid who gets Bradley to the last level in return for a hug off Hannah.
Best Bits: Leather Xena outfits, Rachel unicycling

Title: LA 7 Episode 11 - Making Movies
Description: Their apartment gets invaded by ants, and since Joni's boyfriend dumped her, she's in a bad mood and gets really angry until Rachel and Tina calm her down. The S Club decide that instead of waiting for fame and fortune to come and find them, they'll make their very own movie and find the fame and fortune themselves. They decide to make a cops and robbers movie, with Rachel and Jo being the robbers and Paul, Jon, Bradley and Hannah being cops and chasing after them. They finish up by singing S Club Party.
Best Bits: Hannah trying to put on a belt and falling over instead

Title: LA 7 Episode 12 - Money
Description: While spending the night in, the S Club blow the electrics in their apartment, and have to hire a guy to fix it, which is going to cost $200. So, they all have to get jobs. Bradley as a car parking valet, Hannah as a rollerblading courier, Jo and Jon as radio presenters, and Rachel as a dog-sitte. Rachel loses a dog and has to dress up in a robe and rather tight suit. Jo and Jon lose their jobs when they play S Club music instead of Classical Music. Bradley gets a job as a nude model, and Joanie paints him (a picture!!!)
Best Bits: Brad modelling nude, Rachel in her cape and suit

Title: LA 7 Episode 13 - Goodbye Hollywood
Description: In the last episode, they do a recap of the previous 12 episodes, and then at the end they leave their apartment. When they did the recap in Miami 7, in "Reprise", it actually worked. However, in LA7 it was pretty poor. Then at the end, the gang leave, just as their manager turns up to tell them that he got them a record deal! And that's where the series ends...
