The Lake District - The Trip


We never found a sign saying welcome, to the lake district, I suppose there is one but
again we never arrived till late at night.

This is the new tent, a lot bigger than before, some bastard nicked the last one out of the
van, along with the mobile phone etc

I know we are here to look at the lakes but is that snow on them there hills ?
Hmm i think it is

Snow, snow, snow, snow..yahoooooo snow!
Sod the lakes, we getting nearer to snow !

Never take a picture if your the driver of a moving vehicle, as you find you will drive off
the road acidentally. But who cares.... More SNOW!!!!

Time to go home me thinks, so just to prove it was the Lake District

The journey home, and whats that we see to our right ? Blackpool Tower !
One detour to to Blackpool me thinks!

So this is the mighty fine BlackPool Tower, well at least theres no street sellers
like in Paris at the Eiffel Tower. Anyhow we are getting bored, time to look for the sea

Sand swept roads, I think this is the wrong time of year to go paddling...
Thats it trip over...
